If you choose to waive Onward shipping protection and your package is damaged or lost in transit, you can reach out to us for help. We will do our best to assist, although we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to recover your package once it is passed off to our shipping partner.
Processing times
We process orders Monday - Friday and work to get all your swag out of our warehouse within 10 business days!
Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take more than the full 10 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout.
Because the USPS and DHL estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us, USPS or DHL.
Please be aware; international orders can take up to 30 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed in transit by our international shipping carrier, this is not including possible delay within customs.

1st off let’s talk about the flavor and I’d like to say I haven’t had any cherry like Gfuel flavors before this one, so my opinion is subjective. I was a little nervous about a cherry lollipop flavor because not all cherry lollipops taste good. Some taste real cheap and straight up like pure sugar. But after my first initial taste I really enjoyed it! I think the cherry is rich. Ya it does taste like an artificial cherry. But i don’t think it taste like a medicine cherry taste. So that’s good. It’s smooth and refreshing. Definitely see me picking this one up to drink a lot. Now the Box and shaker. Shaker is simple and cool. The top is pac mans head. Really cool design. Do wish it was all yellow tho to stand out from the crowed of shakers and the Ghost gang shakers. The box itself is nice. There’s a light up effect with 3 different light settings when pushing the left buttons on the box. So it all seems good but there is some negatives about the box on why it’s only 4 stars for me. Wish the led effect was the whole front of the box and not just the center. My box and I’m sure some others, the button on the left that controls the light settings can be installed wrong. As my triggers which are supposed to be under the buttons were installed off to the side of the buttons, not under. They don’t match. Also the triggers for the buttons kinda really press up on the screen and I feel over time if you keep pressing that button the trigger is going to break through the screen. Need…

I absolutely adore Pac-Man and I’ve been a GFuel fan for a decade now, so when I saw this, I was extremely excited.
It arrived in a good-sized package and, boy… was it wonderful to see the collector’s box. I had an instant smile the second I saw the Pac-Man elements on it. I opened it up to see how nicely the shaker and tub were set in it, great presentation! Under the foam, there was a small wired switch reminding me that the box itself LIGHTS UP as if it was an actual arcade machine! 🤩 SO COOL!!!
The shaker cup was so cute & fun with it taking the shape of Pac-Man. As much as I wanted to keep the special shaker in an untouched condition, I HAD to try out the new flavor in it, just once. I was getting ready to fill the cup up but noticed that it was impossible to see exactly how much water was being filled in it because the cup itself is solid black… so I instead just poured an entire water bottle into it and it did the trick.
The powder turned into a vivid red in the water which was kinda funny to me since it was red liquid in Pac-Man, hah. I drank it all at once (as I always do) and was immediately hit with a great cherry taste and sense of nostalgia, it reminded me of the VERY FIRST GFuel flavor I tried so long ago!! Back when there were only like 3 flavors, I drank the cherry flavor and was wound up, so getting this similar GFuel taste was a special feeling for me. ❤️🍒

The box the order arrived in was in really bad shape. The collectors box itself had a tear in on one of the corners which is frustrating to see considering the light up box is the main reason this item is being sold. The response I got in an attempt to return it was very dismissive and seemed to not acknowledge that the item arrived damaged and pretty much expects me to pay for shipping costs to return it and provide them with tracking. This is really horrible customer service so I won't bother with this brand anymore.
