This fix may sound simple, but if you push the strainer as far into the shaker base as possible until it is super tight it allows the shaker top to twist onto the shaker threads for a tighter seal – this helps many customers with the same issue! Joining XP Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. You'll get 20 points just for becoming a member! Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our VIP rewards. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.

Yes they do! All rewards points expire 1 year after the date they are earned. We will send you an email 1 month prior to points expiring due to non-use. At that time, we will provide the opportunity to convert any unused points into a rewards code to be used for future purchases.

Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page.

Earn points each time you make a purchase on GFUEL.com! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). In most cases, no. This is our company policy. Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive an automatically generated code (i.e. FirstNameLastName20). This code cannot be Instagram handle names, blog names, first names only, email addresses, inappropriate names or business names. You will be immediately disqualified during the application process immediately if we see this. But there are some exceptions to the rule: • If your name is legally changed • If you have multiple first names or last names (please pick one when signing up or let us know). • Your name is misspelled (hey, it happens). • If you have a longer name, or if you are uncomfortable sharing your full name online, you can simply share your shopping link with your followers!

G FUEL Package Protection protects your order against loss, damage, theft, and more. In just a couple of clicks, you'll receive a refund or replacement for approved claims. To cover your order, make sure G FUEL Package protection is checked before you place your order at checkout.

The cost of G FUEL Package Protection depends on the total value of your order.

If your package hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 business days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can file a claim.

Returns

G FUEL stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product that works for everyone.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back any open product for any reason due to safety reasons as G FUEL is a consumable product. Requirements for a Refund
Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition (e.g., G Fuel Tubs, Stick Packs, etc. must be sealed and apparel must be unused)
Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork

Shaker Cup Policy - Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning (including odor), non-standard usage, negligence or items purchased at trade shows.

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.

If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, BUT your local post office can give you more information. If there is no longer viable tracking information due to a significant time lapse, we are unable to assist.

If you don’t believe a delivery was made, please follow the instructions on the appropriate Proof of Non Delivery Form (below) and submit it to info@GFUEL.com.

For all other countries, we do not calculate or collect taxes/duties at time of payment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and abide by their country’s local regulations and policies. As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Estimated tracking times are provided by the shipping provider for your order.

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout.

Because the USPS and DHL estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us, USPS or DHL.

Please be aware; international orders can take up to 30 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed in transit by our international shipping carrier, this is not including possible delay within customs.

Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!

The shipping address cannot be changed after your order is placed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
If any order that was placed during any sale is returned to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender, the sale used CANNOT be applied to a future order.
During a “free worldwide shipping” sale, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the sales promotion including Free Shipping promotions.
