PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing Time: 5-7 business days. Up to 7-14 days during epic sales, new drops, or holidays.
Business Days: Monday–Friday (EST), excluding New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Tracking: You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships. Domestic: 1-12 business days. International: up to 30 business days (customs delays not included).
Pro Tip: Transit times don’t include prep time, so keep an eye on your tracking!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Prices in your local currency. We handle VAT, taxes, and duties for most destinations (you’ll know at checkout if you’re responsible).
Canada: We cover VAT/duties based on your province.
No Shipping To: Guatemala, Iceland, Jamaica, Mexico, Morocco, South Africa, or overseas pack-stations.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Double-check your address at checkout! We’re not liable for mis-deliveries or carrier redirects you request.
If your package is returned (wrong/incomplete address, unclaimed, etc.), refunds issued only after it’s back at our warehouse (bank processing: 2-8 business days).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once delivery is confirmed, we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
