How do I become an XP Rewards Member?
Joining XP Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. You'll get 20 points just for becoming a member! Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our VIP rewards. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.
Do my points expire?
Nope! The points you accrue are yours forever -- they don’t expire!
How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you make a purchase on GFUEL.com! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. Purchases made at event locations will not accrue points.
How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem great discounts! Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Checkout page to see a slider on the right side underneath the items in your cart. Move your slider to the desired number of points you’d like to use and click "Apply".
Please note – you may either use your XP points OR a discount code. Our shopping cart will only accept one discount per order. Discounts are not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes.
Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
While you can accrue points on separate accounts/emails (depending on which account you’re logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
How do I know what tier I am in?
Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
I can’t log into my account! What do I do?
No problem! Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll get you sorted!
I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.
If after signing in, if you do not see your point balance -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. Please allow a few moments to load. After you do so, you should be go to go.
