Refund policy
G FUEL stands behind every product we sell. While our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, we know no single product works for everyone.
Important: We cannot accept returns of opened consumable products for safety reasons.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Items must be unopened and in original condition (sealed tubs, stick packs, unused apparel)
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork
- Must be purchased directly from GFUEL.com
- Must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery (e.g., package received June 23, 2025 = return by July 23, 2025)
- You are responsible for payment of return shipping
REFUND DETAILS
- Refunds issued for amount actually paid only - free items cannot be refunded
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
- Refunds processed to original payment method or store credit
Pro Tip: Call our customer service team before returning to confirm your order's eligibility. Returns that don't meet our requirements won't be refunded.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of the date you, or a third party designated by you, receives the order. This statutory right is separate from G FUEL’s standard 30-day return policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by submitting our electronic withdrawal form:

After notifying us, you must return the applicable products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
Eligible payments will be refunded to your original payment method, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional costs resulting from an upgraded or expedited shipping method are non-refundable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition with all included packaging, accessories, and promotional items.
