When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages. You’ll also have a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee for your G Fuel products. If you are dissatisfied with your products, Onward will work with us to make it right or refund your purchase.
If you choose to waive Onward shipping protection and your package is damaged or lost in transit, you can reach out to us for help. We will do our best to assist, although we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to recover your package once it is passed off to our shipping partner.
Processing times
We process orders Monday - Friday and work to get all your swag out of our warehouse within 10 business days!
Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take more than the full 10 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout.
Because the USPS and DHL estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us, USPS or DHL.

For anyone out there who has not tried energy drinks before with a focus complex, I cannot think of a better description than the name of this tub: Sage Mode. For those who haven't watched the anime, Sage Mode is a state of awakening between one's strength and the natural world around them, which not only allows one to go beyond their own limits but tap into the raw, unknown power lurking within. Albeit a very dorky way of explaining things, you really can't get more accurate than that—although I cannot promise that you will obtain frog eyes.
Now, on to the flavor itself, Sage Mode is a Pomello White Peach, which is a fruit I've never had before, so my uncultured tongue can only describe it as a very light peach. This results in the drink itself coming across as a peach-flavored tea, which is more on the light side than a majority of GFUEL flavors. You might want to either serve this flavor as a heaping scoop or around 1.5 servings to get the flavor just right, which is a small blemish on an otherwise solid flavor. For me, I'm fine with either a solid scoop or a scoop with a little extra as I do enjoy tea drinks and this flavor easily goes within my top five GFUEL flavors.

Such a cool and awesome flavor. It’s like a 60/40 split with the pomelo and the white peach. Incredible and unique flavor, if you liked the blood orange or Divine Peach, you’ll love this.
