Follow the directions when using milk! And definitely splurge for the variety pack.
So far it's been amazing. I use this as my breakfast first thing in the morning and it's better than the instant breakfast you buy at the store.
I'm not a huge fan of the chocolate because it doesn't taste like chocolate to me. The cafe mocha is better with water in my opinion. And the french vanilla 😍 I'm in love whether mixed with milk or water.
It has a similar energy and vitamin complex like the energy mix so no crash.
The only downside I have is that when mixing with milk it has a foamy texture after sitting for a short time from mixing/shaking. It's suggested that you use skim milk and I've been using 2% which is probably the reason for the foamy texture. If you're like me and don't do skim, do 1/2 2% milk 1/2 water or 1/3 whole milk 2/3 water ratio. DO NOT TRY CHOCOLATE OR STRAWBERRY MILK, IT WILL COMPLETELY RUIN THE DRINK!!!!
Don't skip out on trying this one! You'll be glad you tried it!!

10/10 protein you won't get sick of drinking this unlike other protein powders.
Just wonder if they'll have their own protein powder line without the caffeine (seriously that good) or even make it it's own gfuel flavor.
